Nordica Speedmachine 110 Ski Boots Mens

Nordica Speedmachine 110 Ski Boots Mens
Designed for advanced to Expert level skiers seeking the ultimate technology for skiing the front side of the mountain, the SPEEDMACHINE SERIES provides a high level of precision for performance on groomed snow without sacrificing comfort.

This stiff boot chargers hard down the line and blasts through uneven snow conditions. The Speedmachine 110 is made to go fast and offer unmatched control of stiff skis. A fully heat-moldable Precisions Fit liner adjusts to the contours of your foot ensuring that there’s no dead space in the boot that would slow down power transfer from your body to the ski. Flip the flex adjuster on the back of the boot if you’re going to spend a day skiing powder and need a bit more cushion to float through the light stuff.
• Flex 110 for a stiff, powerful boot
• Medium width
• HP slide-in system opens wide for fewer early morning struggles in the parking lot
• PFP Precision Fit Heat Ready liner will mold to your foot over time or can be heated for a quick custom job

• Precision Fit footbed helps boots fit properly for fewer pressure points
Review
I bought this boot expecting a boot that would fit my “expert” level needs, and I was not let down. This boot Combines comfort and performance at the highest of levels. The easiest of buckle systems & comfort of slip on and off without any major issues. The power transfer to the ski is tremendous. A lot of energy at any speed, GS or quick turns. The boot is very stiff when it needs to be stiff and very flexible when it needs to be flexible. I use the boot in all conditions, everywhere. One negative is cosmetics. The Nordica labeling on this series of boot took a beating after only a couple of days use. However the design and overall look to this boot out of the box was very sleek and look like a boot I wanted to be seen wearing on the slopes. Another negative is the inside shape of the boot. My foot is very big and has an abnormal shape to it, but I would expect it to fit inside this boot. My foot just felt uncomfortable in this boot at times, but I did get used to it and it was worth it in the long run. Obviously these downsides were no compromise to its great performance, though.
Overall I would recommend this boot to someone who loves to ski has money to spend and is intermediate to expert at skiing. For the price it is worth it compared to other boots!

Rating
4—Could be a bit better, but overall great boot, not the “best” boot in the world though.
