Review
This is one of the better jackets I have reviewed or even used in my long tenured skiing life. It is hands down one of the warmest jackets because of the multiple layers and the new technologies in it. I went to very extreme weather conditions on some very hardcore slopes, and even when going at full speed down some of those slopes I was unable to feel slightly chilled. However I did have a few layers underneath, but the weather conditions I have used this in make up for any doubt one might have with the above experience. I have used this jacket with only one layer beneath and it still is unstoppable, I am truly blown away by this jacket. I don’t know what makes it so powerful, but I believe it is the technologies Spyder implemented in this jacket, which was such a game changer for the winter jacket market. Besides the overall strength of windbreaking and warmth it offered, the other features of this jacket were also a plus. The pockets found on the inside of this jacket offered a lot of storage for my keys and ipod or wallet while on the slopes. While you may think I would lose those items, this jacket features highly safe pockets that not only keep my objects safe, but keeps me comfortable while those objects are inside the jacket.
Overall this is one of the best jackets I have ever experienced, and that is hard to say with all of the high performance winter jackets on the market today. Even for this price I would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a winter Jacket.

Your skiing will experience a Renaissance with the Rossignol S7 Skis. These freeride skis do an amazing job of blending camber and rocker, and sidecut and reverse sidecut for incredible float and agility in powder that still carves on the groomed trails. Light, techy, floaty, and controllable, the Rossignol S7 Skis might just be the hottest ride this winter. Size up by about 10cm, and get out there and make them look good.
These skis were some of the fastest I have used that weren’t completely professional. They look really good, kind of glid across the snow and are overall a great set of skis for the price.

Oakley Unisex-Adult Crowbar Goggles

Oakley Unisex-Adult Crowbar Goggles
The Oakley Crowbar Ski Goggles were made to be the “iPhone” of Ski Goggles. With innovative technology such as struts across the frame to balance and distribute pressure to maximize all-day comfort.

Another inventive feature of these particular goggles is that they are to match ones facial impression on the foam, providing an exact fit. A key reason the foam is able to do that so well is because the foam is made up of three layers, which as stated above increases the comfort to a new level, and keeps the skin as dry as possible from the users’ perspiration.
The Oakley Crowbars feature state of the art lenses, which almost eliminate fog and glare, while providing the ultimate safety and offer the maximum field of view.
These goggles come in a wide variety of designs, and at least one design should appeal to each and every person.
Review
These Goggles are well built with some very nice features, but in my use with them they have not quite held up to my expectations nor Oakley’s description of them. The overall build is great and they should last for a long time. The foam on the inside perimeter is good but not great. It is just average foam that doesn’t really leave a lasting comfort (they sure are comfortable but not quite what Oakley said they would be), and it doesn’t really absorb my sweat.
The lenses in the goggles are alright, they keep the fog out for the most part, but the glare control on the lenses is sketchy. In extreme sunlight where the lenses are supposed to protect from the sun, they sort of let down. However, they do work well in normal conditions, it is just extreme conditions like stated above where the goggles let down.

Overall the goggles are good but not the best. I could probably find goggles worth about half the price of these that have nearly the same features. I would only suggest one to buy these goggles if they don’t mind spending a lot of money on a “average” product.

Review
I bought this boot expecting a boot that would fit my “expert” level needs, and I was not let down. This boot Combines comfort and performance at the highest of levels. The easiest of buckle systems & comfort of slip on and off without any major issues. The power transfer to the ski is tremendous. A lot of energy at any speed, GS or quick turns. The boot is very stiff when it needs to be stiff and very flexible when it needs to be flexible. I use the boot in all conditions, everywhere. One negative is cosmetics. The Nordica labeling on this series of boot took a beating after only a couple of days use. However the design and overall look to this boot out of the box was very sleek and look like a boot I wanted to be seen wearing on the slopes. Another negative is the inside shape of the boot. My foot is very big and has an abnormal shape to it, but I would expect it to fit inside this boot. My foot just felt uncomfortable in this boot at times, but I did get used to it and it was worth it in the long run. Obviously these downsides were no compromise to its great performance, though.
Overall I would recommend this boot to someone who loves to ski has money to spend and is intermediate to expert at skiing. For the price it is worth it compared to other boots!

4—Could be a bit better, but overall great boot, not the “best” boot in the world though.
